6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. KratonBet supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), Visa, Mastercard, 7-Eleven Cliq, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. KratonBet does not charge deposit fees on supported payment channels, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
6.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the successful completion of KYC verification. KratonBet targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour and bank transfer processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to volume, verification status, and the Player's bank own processing times. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. KratonBet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or unverified payment methods.
6.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds derived from bonus promotions are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal is permitted. A Player must complete the applicable wagering requirement in full before any bonus-related balance becomes withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds in breach of rollover conditions may result in bonus funds being voided.
6.6 Suspicious Transactions. KratonBet reserves the right to delay, withold, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is flaged as potentially fraudulent, inconsistent with account activity, or otherwise suspicious pending investigation.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards offered by KratonBet are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
7.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Players must wager the total bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover figure before any resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal.
7.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per individual bet or game round is RM250, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at KratonBet's discretion.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus offers are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement within the stated window will be automatically removed from the Player's account upon expiry.
7.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or abuse of referal schemes is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
7.6 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to bonus rollover requirements. Slot games typically contribute at100%; table games, live casino games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on KratonBet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. KratonBet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where: the bet involves suspected match-fixing or integrity concerns; the bet is placed on a suspended or unavailable market; the odds were published in error; or the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
8.2 Errors in Odds. KratonBet takes reasonable steps to ensure that all published odds are accurate. Where odds are published in manifest error (i.e., pricing that is clearly incorrect or materially inconsistent with the market), KratonBet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund stakes to the Player's account.
8.3 Live (In-Play) Betting. Live betting markets are offered on selected sports events, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and current market conditions. Bets accepted prior to a significant match event (e.g., a goal, red card, or stopage) will generally stand unless the event preceded bet confirmation under the Platform's real-time feed.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits may be adjusted at KratonBet's discretion and may differ between Players based on account tier, betting history, and market conditions.
8.5 Void Bets. A bet will be voided (stake returned) where: the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended before the event concludes; or a technical error prevents the bet from being processed correctly. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

11.3 KratonBet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit KratonBet's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.1 Termination by Player. A Player may request the closure of their KratonBet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus rollover obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.2 Termination by KratonBet. KratonBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.3 Consequence of Termination for Breach. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, KratonBet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including both deposited funds and any winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
